Patients with Health Insurance
Mr Cockbain is recognised by the following insurance providers:

You should contact your insurance provider for authorization before any consultation or treatment. Mr Cockbain is fee-assured, meaning that the fees he charges will be in-line with the benefits set out by your insurance company. He will invoice your insurance provider directly.
Please note, that where an excess is part of your policy, or if some of the treatment falls outside your policy limits, you will be responsible for paying the shortfall.
Patients self-funding their care
Mr Cockbain’s consultation fees are:
Initial outpatient consultation: £180
Follow-up consultation: £120
Gastric band adjustment: £50 + consultation fee
If you choose to have an operation, the hospital will provide you an all-inclusive package price. This will pre-admission assessment, the hospital’s charges, the anaesthetist’s fee and Mr Cockbain’s fee. The hospital will be able to discuss finance options if required.
